Congratulations on booking your survey with us to check your homes eligibility for ECO 4 funding!

To receive all of your work fully funded, we must carry out the install of:

• Extractor Fans in Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Trickle Vents in habitable rooms
• Cavity Wall insulation
• New Boiler install

What will happen during your Survey?

• Photographing every room in the home
• Documenting the current windows for ventilation
• Documenting any current extraction fans
• Documenting your current radiators
• Documenting your current full heating system
• Drawing a floor plan of your rooms/property measurements
• *Any other documentation required relevant to helping us install your job*
• As explained by office staff, please have the relevant Utility bill, or other information requested ready to show the Surveyor.

Depending on the property size, the surveyor will be with you for around 1 hour.

*This is notification of the work required to be carried out in your home to receive funding, if you do not agree to any of the above you must notify us before point of survey for it to be cancelled.
After this point, refusal for work will make the homeowner liable for the cost. for example having your boiler and cavity wall installed but refusing trickle vents will make you liable to be invoiced for the materials, labour and overheads of installing the boiler and cavity wall insulation.
